David has developed a unique skill set from motivating and managing people, running day to day operations to being a visionary thinker. With over 15 years of direct hospitality business experience at the highest-level David truly understands this market and the role technology plays within it.

In the past 2 decades under his direct leadership using his vast business acumen he grew a building business venture from 50 million in annual revenues to over 500 million in Global annual revenues. Throughout the past 10 years, he has been involved in the private lending space, funding over $600 million in deals. In Doug’s most recent venture he became an active investor, partner and advisor in the hospitality technology sector helping it grow and achieve a prosperous liquidity event. As one of Gratuii’s Founders and as its Director /Chairman he will play a vital role in all aspects of Gratuii as it scales in the future.
Jacob Kriszenfeld is Chief Financial Officer of Gratuii and responsible for leading the corporation’s key financial functions in the areas of accounting, taxation, treasury, and corporate finance.
He holds a Bachelor of Honours degree in Management and Organizational studies with a specialization in accounting and political science from Western University. He is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA).
Prior to joining Gratuii in 2021, Jacob worked at BDO Canada LLP. as a Senior Accountant where he consulted with various organizations to provide auditing, accounting, and taxation services.
Jacob’s public accounting involvement also includes international experience. He worked for BDO Australia as a member of their assurance team, gaining valuable exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and international taxation methods.
Annamaria joins the Gratuii team with over 20 years of management & sales distribution experience across the technology and hospitality industries. As a brand ambassador working with CEOs, executives and solopreneurs alike, Annamaria has built powerful sale distribution channels and direct sales teams with her innovative ideas and relentless work ethic. More importantly, she knows what truly drives product interest, conversions, and sales - mastering the art of connecting with the actual people showing them the how to use emerging technologies to create significant ROI. It takes less than a five-minute conversation with Annamaria to see why she chose a career path in Business development with her client first mentality and enthusiasm. Anna holds an MA in Public Policy and Administration, making her a highly educated thinker complimenting her outgoing character and high-level business acumen skill set.
Nachcha brings 2 decades of direct hospitality management experience. Nachcha gained in depth knowledge of operations, finances, and quality control as a manager for Carnival Cruise Lines. She understands firsthand the importance of guest experiences and how they are directly related to Quality Control. Her vast experience dealing with finances, budgeting and cost control will be invaluable for Gratuii
